And for those of you who have been closely following the great shoe debate of 2009, we decided to keep the Vans. The Chucks were just a little too burly for a kid who isn't walking yet - they were just like regular Chuck Taylors but smaller, rather than the soft crib shoes we got from Vans.

The high chair is great!!! I totally love it. It makes me want to feed him solid food.
The shoes do fit - he had grown out of his first pair so we had to get him new ones. they're great - nice and soft and they stay on his feet, hooray!
Sooo cute! We opted for the table-mount chair, but des isn't really ready for it yet. How did cereal go?
we haven't tried the cereal yet - hopefully this weekend! i need to get some utensils for him. and some cereal, for that matter.
